Downloading the templates from the website and producing printouts or other media using those templates is permitted only for a non-commercial purpose to a limited extent of individuals, domestic, educational institutions, corporations, non-profit organizations. Examples: educational purposes, internal documentations, non-commercial exhibition, etc.
However, the templates with a note saying allowed for commercial use can be used for a commercial purposes.*

*Commercial purposes include the followings.

• To use a template for producing the products for sale. Examples: commercial publications, fan publications, T-shirts, posters, stickers, etc.

The followings are the code of conduct regarding the usages of distributed templates in our website.
Refer to "Code of Conduct (for any distributed templates that are ALLOWED to use for commercial use)" for the distributed templates allowed for commercial use.

Code of Conduct (for any distributed templates that are NOT ALLOWED to use for commercial use)

1. Don't erase the credit notation, such as logo, watermark, website name, URL, etc, displayed in the templates.
2. Don't modify, deform, and crop the templates.
3. Don't transfer, sell/buy, redistribute, or use for commercial or profit purposes.
4. Don't divert or reprint the templates beyond the scope of the Copyright Act without permission.
5. Don't use the templates for any trademark registration, design registration, or any kind of registrations.
6. Don't use the templates for anti public policy, antisocial forces, defamation, aggressive/ discriminative/ sexual/ radical purposes, and any other illegal usages.
7. Don't use the templates in an inappropriate way that our company made a judgmental decision.
